A credit is the unit for AI work Pamela finishes for you. An AI note up to 30 minutes costs 5 credits, a letter 2. If something fails, you pay nothing.
Your records, calendar and manual notes keep working. For AI actions, you top up or move to a higher plan.
On Plus and Pro they stay for 2 months. On Start they expire at the end of the month.
No. Pamela prepares notes, letters and claims. You review and approve them. Only then does anything go out.

A small percentage per paid-out claim via Vecozo: 0.65% on Start, 0.55% on Plus and 0.45% on Pro. Clinic pays no percentage. That is why invoices and claims by AI cost no credits.
