What shipped, and what it saves you.
Everything we release, once a month, in plain language.
September 2026
8 updatesThe work around the note. Tasks, follow up, and the mail that comes after.
Tasks you can cancel, and that stay in sync
Create a task in fewer clicks, cancel one that is no longer needed, and know it will not land twice in Emma.
Summaries sized to the conversation
A short mail gets a short summary. The AI card now shows what it found without you scrolling past it.
Delete a conversation, for good
Remove an AskPam conversation and its history yourself. What you delete is gone.
Favourites, and section headers you control
Pin the templates you use daily, rename trajectory section headers, and set summary length per template.
Voice Agent: see the call, hand it over cleanly
Follow the transcript while a call runs, and pass a caller to a person without losing the thread.
One patient, one open dossier
Patients appear in a single list and only one dossier opens at a time, so you are never writing in the wrong one.
Feedback that gets an answer
Report something from inside Pamela and get a confirmation by mail. Follow up questions stay in one thread until it is resolved.
Sign out cleanly, update cleanly
Signing out now closes the live connection properly, so you stay signed in when you should be. Updates no longer loop on restart, and say so when one fails.
August 2026
3 updatesClinic mail moves in, and AskPam gets better at answering.
Outlook and Gmail, connected to Pamela
Connect the mailbox your clinic already uses, so correspondence sits next to the dossier it belongs to instead of in a second window.
Sharper answers, and your earlier sessions back
More answers are grounded in the dossier rather than the model, and past sessions are visible again so you can pick up where you left off.
A more accurate transcript
Fewer misheard clinical terms and medication names in the transcript, which means less correcting afterwards.
July 2026
3 updatesA stability month. Less new, more reliable. Nobody notices good plumbing, which is the point.
Audio that starts every time on Mac
The audio system no longer fails to initialise on Apple silicon, so recording starts on the first click instead of the third.
Notes and templates that always save
We closed the cases where a template did not load or a generated note did not persist. Your work stays where you put it.
Updates that install without a fight
The updater no longer stalls on a failed download, retries on a weak connection, and tells you plainly when something did not work.
June 2026
3 updatesNotes learns who is speaking, and templates learn to build themselves.
Speaker diarization in Notes
Notes tells speakers apart and labels who said what across the consult, so the record reads clean without you sorting it out afterwards.
Build a template with AI
Describe the note you want in a sentence and Pamela drafts the template. Edit it like any other, and share it with the team.
Deeper work with Emma by TimeFF
More of what you do in Pamela writes back into the EHR, so fewer things need doing twice.
May 2026
5 updatesPlanning that works in both directions, and an AskPam that shows its work.
Calendar sync, both directions
What changes in Pamela appears in your calendar, and what changes in your calendar appears in Pamela. One source of truth for the week.
The week across every clinician
A first planner view covering the whole team, so a gap in the schedule is visible before it turns into a phone call.
Faster, better sourced, and it shows its thinking
AskPam answers quicker, ranks the sources it found more carefully, and shows you the steps it is taking while you wait.
The template builder, rebuilt
Sections restructured, recently used templates at the top, and a clearer way to manage which templates your team sees.
A smoother way in
Signing in with Google is cleaner end to end, and onboarding no longer trips on capitalised email addresses or missing options.
Before May 2026
The releases that got us here.
AskPam draws on the whole dossier. Ask in plain language, get an answer with the source in view, and draft a referral letter from it.
Templates coded to LOINC. Coded fields stay consistent and ready to reuse.
Single sign on with Microsoft and Google. Your team signs in with the account it already has.
Pamela on Windows. The desktop app arrives on Windows, so the whole clinic works on the setup it already has.
